Get back to a paid reading

Open Recover and enter the email used at Stripe checkout. If a retained paid reading exists, a fresh single-use link will be sent. The confirmation is the same for every email to protect privacy. Check spam and confirm the address on your receipt if nothing arrives.

Links work once and expire after seven days. Opening one on a new device grants that browser access. If a link has already been used, request another. No password or account is needed.

Correct details or remove data

In your reading, open “Fix my birth details” to create a revision. The purchased reading remains as purchased. A new complete chart is a separate purchase. You can always edit a free preview and recalculate.

Open “Recovery, privacy, and deletion” in the reading to revoke old access links or permanently delete the saved reading and its birth details. Public share cards have a separate revoke button. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.

If your PDF is still preparing

Your web reading stays available while the PDF is prepared. Use “Check PDF status” for an updated download link. If preparation fails, delivery retries can run independently; check again or contact us with the receipt reference. A download link expires after one minute, so refresh it if needed.
