LunarOtter
Terms and purchase policies
The product and seller
Sourdough AI LLC, 223 Child St, Warren, RI 02885, operates LunarOtter. The product is one Complete Birth Chart & Reading with web access and a downloadable PDF. The price is shown before checkout, and there is no subscription.
Astrology is used here as a symbolic framework for reflection. A reading does not promise particular events or establish measured personal traits. Enter details you are entitled to provide, and check them at confirmation.
Delivery and saved access
Payment is processed by Stripe. Access begins after confirmed payment, with a PDF prepared separately. Your checkout email allows recovery on another device. Keep your PDF; saved hosting is currently limited to three years after purchase, or until earlier deletion or a full refund.
Corrections produce a new chart revision. They do not overwrite the purchased snapshot or automatically include a second paid reading. Delete your saved reading through its privacy controls when you no longer want it retained.
Refunds and purchase problems
For a purchase or delivery problem, use the contact options in Help and include a Stripe receipt reference if available. Never send full card details. A full refund revokes web, PDF, and emailed-link access. A partial refund preserves access. A refund cannot recall an already downloaded copy.
Refund requests are considered through the seller contact in Help. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
